Redesing - From Shirt to Skirt

 Old Yves Saint Laurent shirt redesigned into a skirt.

I wanted to have pocket on the skirt - 

so I used the pocket pattern pieces from the Sewaholic Hollyburn Skirt.

Gathered back piece and pleats in front.

The original label and my own.

 Reuse of the YSL logo.

The cardigan is "Kjolecardigan" from Ida Victoria, Sting & Ting.

It was fun to make this skirt!

I normally use patterns for all my makes, 

so it was very satisfying to make a wearable garment without it this time.
